I am extremely pleased with my visit to this store. No only were they helpful, curteous & professional, the store is immaculate. Even when I though I should go a size larger, she brought in the bra & she was right, too big. I will be a regular patron now. Love, love the selection in my very large cup size H. all my questions answered, introduced me to products that would meet my needs & they are not pushy!! no big sales pitch here. .

Terrible customer service by the owner of this shop. I always try to support local businesses but I will no longer shop in this store because of her rude treatment of customers.

My wife and I visit Sarasota every winter and have so for over 20 years. We recently found this location about 3 years ago. I for one love this place. Can't wait to return and buy some more articles (I bought two fish pillows here too) when I am back in the area.

Forget it!!!! This shop is run by the rudest ladies you will ever want to meet. They don''t measure you, they just guess and boy are they wrong. They put you in a bra that is no where near your correct bra size and swear that they are right, even put you on a guilt trip. The incorrect size leaves deep red gashes in your skin. Do yourself a big favor and go to a legitimate and reputable department store or nationally known lingerie shop. These women also refuse to accept returns or exchanges even the next day of purchase. Obviously, they are out for the money and have no idea about customer service.
