One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Sarasota and there are a lot to choose from. We are locals and every time we eat at Salute it is amazing! We have never had a dish we didn't enjoy. The staff is professional and friendly. Very nice ambiance for a date night. Treat yourself to some great Italian food. You will be glad you did.

I had Chilean sea bass that didn't look or taste like chilean sea bass. It tasted like it was very fishy & when that happens the fish is old & is no longer fresh.The fish was salty so as to cover up the freshness. Waiters kept bumpping into my chair each time they passed by. You are packed like sardines in this restaurant. Its expensive & not worth it so save your money.
