The plumber was neat, polite and professional and took time to survey the whole house for potential plumbing problems before leaving. He arrived very late. The company called to advise of his delay and honored their guarantee to not charge the $49 service fee. He accepted the web coupon from the SuperPages site. Still, even without the service fee the total price was pretty high. After waiting so long I wasn't in a position to refuse the service, but I'm discounting one star for the cost.

We have had the best service from your company than we have ever had in our lives. Your service man was the hardest working man we have ever seen!!!
