I've averaged between 5lbs to 10lbs of weight loss per month. I do not feel starved. I have more energy than I've had in a long time. It is inexpensive (it's the cheapest plan I've been on). However, they will not give you the weight loss medication if you have high blood pressure so do not drink coffee before you go to consultations or weigh-ins. I've been on this program for 4 months and I've already lost 30lbs without exercising. Last month was my birthday and I ate cake and pancakes so I didn't lose any weight but I didn't gain any weight either. I highly recommend this program!
