Have been using Kim's Auto Body since moving to Sarasota. Everytiome I have had to use them - from minor scratches to an unfortunate collision, they have been nothing but courteous, understanding and extremely helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. They have always been fair and my car looks great.

Response to Don Coy. Were sorry your company van was in an accident. Before repairs started we received written approval with understanding of payment due at pickup. No one was told your van could be repaired in 3 days. It took more than 3 days to receive parts. When completed your driver was notified. You stated shoddy workmanship was made but you nor anyone else had seen the van prior to your lies on the internet. We didnt release your van because your driver didnt have payment. He tried to contact you & told us it would be resolved Mon. Were then notified that an insurance co would pay. We took photos and sent them to your ins co. The 1st we heard from you was the next Wed. You spoke to 3 people in our office & threatened all with physical attacks verbal abuse litigation & threats against our property. We had no choice but to file a police report. In over 20 years of business we have never dealt with such an unreasonable person. We understand you can use the internet for spiteful lies & revenge. Regardless your vehicle is properly repaired, it looks better than prior to the accident as we repaired rust on the back doors that was NOT due to collision. We are proud to warranty all repairs for as long as you own your vehicle.

Just picked up my BMW from Kims Auto Body - it looks fabulous - someone hit it in Publix parking lot and of course didnt leave a note. Went to BMW and they wanted to replace the fender - went to KIms and they said they could repair it and it would look like it didnt even happen. Since I was paying out of my own pocket I took it to Kims. I am so happy I did!! It looks great! Saved a bunch of money and car looks great! VERY PLEASED! Would definitely recommend!

I just had the front bumper on my 2010 Mercedes repaired there when the dealer recommended shop wanted over $1000 more to replace it. I brought it back to the dealer after it was fixed to show them & advised that they should recommend Kim's Auto Body before the "other" shop. The service person agreed that the repair looked great & was pleased to know that Kim's does such nice work.

Big Finish Car Wash broke my center wheel cap. When my car came out of the car wash the center part of the hub cap was missing. I waited until I could inspect the car wash and I found the it cracked in half. I went to the dealership and also a used wheel shop as at the dealership wanted $85.00. The used wheel shop was $45.00. The owner of the car wash and Kims auto body said he would pay 1/2 for the used wheel! Don't take a chance of your car rims getting broken and the owner not doing the right thing!

i had a situation where i got rearended on my way to work the car wouldnt start i found kim's in the yellow pages they towed my car for free and handled my insurance claim thank you much

Unfortunately, we have had our vehicle rear-ended three times. KIMS is professional, personal and friendly, and we have had three good service experiences with them. (Believe it or not, my daughter just got her car rear ended last nite.. we're calling KIMS yet again~~)
