The Jewish Family & Children's Service of Sarasota-Manatee is a multifunctional organization that serves the health and personal care of people living in Sarasota and Manatee counties in Florida. It provides psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and families. The organization also offers after-school programs, as well as medical care, outreach, and case and anger management services. Its other areas of expertise include drug and alcohol addiction recovery and substance, sexual and physical abuse prevention programs. The Jewish Family & Children's Service of Sarasota-Manatee provides family life education services and homeless folk prevention programs. Additionally, it offers the Safe Alternative to Out-of-School Suspension Program, which is a school-based program that emphasizes behavioral health education and social skills development training for middle school youths.
