Not real smiths. Ask anyone working at a local range. Messed up a 60 year old rifle that shot perfect for 30 years since my dad left it to me. just wanted it blued and checked over. The Iron sights are way off like they dropped it the bolt came out in my hand, the blue job looked like little kid did it. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else any where else.

I've done business with J M for several years and found them to be one of the best family run businesses I've ever dealt with. The inventory is tremendous especially considering the square footage of their shop. The staff is always helpful and courtious. After purchasing several guns from J M I've found them reasonably priced although their gun prices are slightly higher than the cheapest available. Regardless, the fact that you can simply walk in and get your questions answered in and pleasent manner without the typical macho/egocentric attitude normally encountered at other shops is well worth the extre couple of buckls spent on that purchase. I will continue to use J M as my "go to" gun shop any time I need any type of shooting supplies.

AFTER VISITING MANY GUN SHOPS IN THIS AREA I DECIDED THAT J.M. GUN SHOP WILL BE THE ONLY FIREARMS DEALER I WILL PATRONIZE. THIS SHOP SHOULD HAVE A TEN STAR RATING !!!!!!!!! THE OWNERS ARE GREAT AND KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. THEY DID NOT TRY TO JACK ME AROUND LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER PLACES, IT IS GOOD KNOWING THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO SHOP AROUND ANYMORE, I JUST GO TO J.M. AND GET THE BEST DEAL AND SERVICE IN THIS AREA.

I have been to all the gunshops in the area and this is my favorite. I have always been treated right. Jim is very knowledgable and willing to share. They have a large selection for a small place. If they don't have it, they will find it for you.
