Ed and his team worked with us for a long period of time before we bought our home. They were always there with a smile and always there when we needed them. They know what's on the market at all times. It's your help that they need the most to narrow down what you really like and want. So many different areas to choose from down here. Ed helped us tremendously to focus on exactly the homes with the items we requested. None of our time was wasted which was great since we hadn't moved to Sarasota yet and our time on our visits was limited. He and his wife Karen sent us a lot of listings ahead of time so that we felt like we had really done a thorough search and could be confident that we were purchasing the right house. After and before the contract was signed he went above and beyond to make sure that all the little issues were worked out and that we got all the information we could on the house, contractors that had worked on it over the years, association rules and regulations, etc. Ed and Karen are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home, condo, etc. in the Sarasota area. Ed, with wife Karen, have a formidable real estate team that can handle all situations with aplomb and gentility. They are gracious in their dealings with potential clients and show kindness and compassion daily to those around them. Ed's sense of humor always keeps things light and fun while Karen's organizational skills keep the team focused and on track to meet their busy schedule. They not only close the deal but have loads of fun while doing it and in this day and age of cut backs and financial severity, we all need some fun in business. I highly recommend The Martinez Team for their business ethics. July 4, 2011
