I was extremely disappointed in their service and will NEVER use them again or refer them to anyone. The gentleman that sent to my house only introduced himself as Crystal Clear but didnt give his name. He was very messy and I had to clean up each room behind him; he dripped water on my floors and didnt clean up after himself, then walked in the water to only leave a trail of footprints that I had to clean up. The tracks of my windows had to be re-cleaned, as he neglected the corners, left rag remnants in the tracks of my sliding glass doors and cleaned the tracks with the screens still installed. A third of my windows were left with horizontal squidgy marks that I had to clean. I wanted to call and complain but didnt want any repercussions since this gentleman now knows where I live and that is why I am writing this anonymous review and hopefully this company will do a better job at hiring contractors and will call to follow up with their customers on their satisfaction.
