I have been taking my family's clothing to Cristy for years for alterations, particularly my daughter's gowns for balls and proms. Her attention to detail is excellent, and each gown has fit my daughter as though it was made just for her! Always friendly, always professional, and always finished as promised - on time and to perfection. I have recommended countless friends and family to her, and everyone has been completely satisfied. When i went there a few weeks ago, I was told my clothes would be ready to pick up in a week. I went back , when not hearing from them after a week and one day. My clothes still weren't finished. When I asked questions, the response I received was , "I have no control over that." There was no attempt to get questions answered, so I called. I was told they would be done the next day. I went to pick them up the next day, and they still weren't done, which means I wasted my gas to get there, no phone call letting me know they weren't done. I was disappointed. They acted like they didn't need or want my business.

I've been taking my clothing in there for years now. Cristy always remembers me when I come in. She is extremely pleasant to deal with - always friendly. Her prices are very competitive and she does a great job. She's probably altered at least 50 items for me over the years and I haven't had one reason to ever complain or take something back for her to fix.
