Almost 1 month and problem can't be fixed; Intermittent internet plus ove 6 hours trying to deal with them by phone and online, dropped calls, no return calls, etc.

When there tech came to install at my home, he broke my daughter's tv, damaged by brand new floor badly, left blood stains on my wall where he entered and exited the attic. Which my walls had been painted and floors put in within days of him installing. Left black marks from his latter on the walls as well. He never said anything about the damges or blood or scuffs. He just picked up the tv he dropped on the floor and badly broke which left the tv inop. and put it back and said nothing about anything. When I arrived home to find out what happened I called comcast. They had someone contact me days later about the damage. I sent all pictures to them. Then after awhile they sent someone out to take pics themselves.being so I have had blood on my walls for weeks. ( Hopefully he doesn't have any dieases my pregnant wife and three children can catch). They said they would send a check for a $150 even though the damages exceed that. But I was willing to be done with it and cut my losses. So I agreed. They kept telling me the check was sent and in the mail. After a couple of months of waiting. They said it showed sent. But liberty mutual who they used to write the check said they have no knowledge of any check or claim with us. Comcast kept telling us they would call back and never did. Finally we spoke with someone from corporate named Latoya who said she will make sure personally it gets taken care of asap and she would call us back with 24 and never did. So the days later she called and said she was sick. Ok I understand but then she says she will call me back asap again and now days have gone by and no call. I've called her number of times with voice message s and still nothing all while I'm still being charged for my service and equipment charges when I can not fully uses them no tv to watch in my daughter's room because Comcast broke it but yet they charge me equipment fee for the box she can not use. My internet has never once been the speeds or close to what I pay and my tv always messes up and gets pixely. They charge to send people out for there lack of service. This has been going on since January. It's been almost 4 months of disrespectful and unprofessional service from Comcast Xfinity. If by today 10/24/17 I will be contacting news channel 8 again and they will send an inventor to my home.

Its hard for me to even give Comcast one star. Since February 21, 2017 I have been trying to move my business line to my residential home as I have closed my business. But I still have cases so I am in the process of winding down the business and need my business line. You would think by now that my business line would have been transferred by now, NOT. No phone call to a Comcast agent is less than two (2) hours. Each agent has something different to say such as I can transfer the line or I have been told I can't transfer the line to a residential area. No agent is consistent with any other agent. I have completed paperwork twice since they cannot find the original documents I signed. I also asked for the internet, T.V. and everything but the phone be turned off at the end of March, 2017. They could not even do that right. They have turned off my phone until I pay almost $600.00 for the above services I asked to be cancelled. I thought I had found a helpful guy on Fri. May 26, 2017, but like every other agent who has made promises to rectify the problems, I do not hear from them ever again. Ultimately, the only thing that has changed since my first call to cancel most services and transfer my phone to residential is now I have a bill of almost $600.00 for something I asked to be cancelled. I AM SO FRUSTRATED. I HAVE REQUESTED TO TALK TO SUPERVISORS BUT EVEN THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I COULD NOT BE MORE UNHAPPY WITH COMCAST IF I TRIED. I AGREE THAT THEY ARE THE WORST LARGE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE SINCE I STARTED RECEIVING COMCAST SERVICES YEARS AGO!!!!! Laurie Cameron

dont even think about going to the fruitville center to change out a box or anything because you need to bring a tent and about 3 days worth of food as the wait is unreal....this is unacceptable for a business who wants to make money and have some kind of customer service....ineptness at its worst... there is no excuse for this insanity

I had a question about my bill. I spoke to a very amiable person who explained that Comcast went up $20. a month because my 12 month introductory discount offer had ended.. I thanked him and cancelled my service. .

Comcast has a great reputation for the worst service of any large business. BUt ... they are getting worse still....unbelievable!!! Now you can't even call them any more , because the phones are either busy (all agents are currently occupied - please call back late), or you get a promotional clip ("get the blah-blah dish... and if you don't want to talk about that , sorry and good bye") Way to go COmcast!! and here I thought it couldn't get any worse... but they keep going!!!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Have talked with 4 people trying to resolve why my vacation stop did not work and I have a $400 bill and service shut off. Still not resolved. Now I am trying to set up an appointment ...been on hold forever.

How the hell does Comcast stay in business - and grow!? I have not read a positive review yet! And many of the reviews parallel my own horrible experience. Do they not read their own reviews? Could be they do, and simply don't care. That would correlate well with their reviews.

BIG FAT ZERO IF I COULD...They sent me to collections for an erroneous bill that was from a former residence. This was noted to them the first time I got a collections call. They agreed I did not owe anything. Six months later I am being threatened with a court appearance by their collections pit bulls. They tell me it is MY problem. Really???? Really???? I don't owe you money and I never did and it's MY fault????

Comcast has been over billing me for 6 months. Charging me for equipment I never had. Trying to get them to credit me for the amount I was over charged is IMPOSSIBLE! Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Talk about horrible!

The most frustrating and incompetent group of people I have ever worked with interdispersed with the occasional brilliant mind that has actually been trained to help the customer. The technicians have been pretty good for the most part with the exception of my first installer. He had not taken the telephone installation course yet so I waited another 2 weeks for a phone and was stood up twice. This was despite an appointment for all services made almost 3 weeks in advance. It shouldn't take so many tries to make things right.

some remote buttons not working, called to ask if could meet up with tech when in area to swap out. told must go there. Arrived around 11:30 AM. Way overcrowded. I was # 128 and 92 being served. waited 15 min and left. several other people came who were on their lunch hours and they left also. Very bad system!!!!

AWFUL I am opening a business and have had an order in since sep 26 it's oct 31, no svc. I was promised service within 30 days.. Unfortunately I need high speed internet or would leave based on their breech of contract. In south venice not many options. This is horrible!!!

Comcast is the worst option for cable and or Internet. Please use any other or no provider at all. Their service is something less than awful. Do not make the mistake of signing up. If you do, good luck ever getting in a non computerized voice without waiting on hold for hours or sitting fir hours in their waiting room.Do not use comcast!
