Awesome!!!!! Went in to have my Godsons paints hemmed. Came out perfect. But was the most impressive is when I took my two Goddaughters Easter dresses in on Good Friday to be taken in. I asked if they could be ready the next day. She was totally booked and could not and was off Saturday. seeing how important it was for us agreed to stay late and get them done and I could pick them up even though she would not be there. She did as it was important for the girls did not enjoying wearing dresses. So to have them in dresses was a Blessing and they looked gorgeous. Thank you Smile Shoe & Alterations you ROCK!!!!! Alterations: I bought my daughter a prom dress from Dillard's. the zipper was broken. It was neon coral!! I took the gown in and showed them my dilemma with only four days til prom and no way to return the dress. Wow!!! They said for me not to worry and that they would try to repair the zipper as it was nearly impossible to find the same color of zipper. I came back 3Hours later and the dress was repaired. Perfect!!!!! I had been to several other shops in Sarasota and no one could help me. The alterations at smile shoe repair and alterations was amAzing. The service is top notch and the owner team are lovely and kind. I would give them 5 stars!!Margie Ferrino.
