This complex is small, charming and family friendly. Many of the units have been updated or remodeled and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is awesome, with unbelievable sunsets. The island of Siesta Key offers shopping, restaurants and atmosphere.

I stayed there for one week recently. The unit we stayed at was very nice, recently remodeled. We did have some sugar ants in the kitchen, but otherwise, very nice place. I am surprised with that one comment regarding no toilet at the beach .... while my wife and I walked the beach many mornings, I don't recall seeing other units with a toilet at the beach, seems like that would distract from the area? That's my opinion anyway! Heck, it is a short walk from the beach to your rental unit anyway, no big deal as far as we were concerned. The manager and staff seemed friendly.

bugs sugar ants ,mold on baseboards , bulit 1966 old crank out windows,toilets backup , leaking pipedo not recommend, there is better on siesta for $1000 a week !
