I recently purchased a new A/C System from Airrific. The price was surprisingly more affordable than the other companies I had gotten quotes from. When I called to set up the appointment they were very accommodating with my schedule. The technicians were on time, went over the installation, and what they were going to do. They were efficient, and when finished went over the new system with me. They were professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone in search of a new A/C contractor. I will continue to use their services for the duration of my air conditioning needs.

Was sold a unit last year, and was told one price over the phone, which made me choose them over my prior company. Was told the unit would be installed next day. Owner and laborer showed up an hour late the next morning, only with financing paperwork and by the end of it, told me I had to upgrade to a bigger unit, which put me at the price the original company quoted. It took two days for install, with very rude laborers, who were also late each day and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Had problems with unit, which was pish-poshed by owner, who never came back or called to see if I was satisfied. Was also promised filters for life, asked multiple times during install when filters would be dropped off, and I was told that someone would come by in 6 months to change out. That was almost 8 months ago. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The owner obviously does not stand by his work, or care about satisfied customers, only about upselling to make an extra buck. Very sad.

Great company highly recommend Airrific, technican was knowledgable, friendly and price was very fair on repair. Its hard to find a good company that you can trust but this one gets my stamp of approval.

Price and quality of work was all exceptional. I have one minor problem where a panel was damaged. If the repair on that is completed as promised I will be totally satisfied. I also requested the 10% discount advertised on line for a new installation. I am waiting to see if the vendor will honor that advertisement.

The techs were clean cut, professional, and very respectful. They even took their shoes off at the door without me asking! Their service was second to none, and I am completely satisfied with they way they do business. If you are looking for a honest a/c company, Airrific is the best in the business.
