I was impressed from the first visit because it was the most thorough hearing evaluation I have ever received from any hearing aid specialist. After very quick overnight delivery of my new aids, I was even more impressed by the extensive equipment used to program my new aids and the versatility of the equipment to set the new aids to the exact type of programs I needed. I believe my hearing has improved from understanding 50% of voices to 95%. My wife noticed the improvement right away.
