All the technicians are great! I even spoke with the Manager-Dan, about what a great team he has working for him. They all show professional customer service at all times. Great job AC Today and staff.

I highly recommend this company. My AC system started acting funny so I called AC Today. Gary scheduled an appointment for a service technician to check it out. When he showed up, it was like he already knew what was wrong. He grabbed a few things from his truck and went to work. Before I knew it, he was done. What a great job! With allergies only getting worse as the months pass, I had to schedule a service call with AC Today. I wanted a maintenance check and needed something to eliminate the indoor pollution. I know when its allergy season by how the way the air is inside my house. I wanted to invest in a house purification system. Thankfully I called the right people. AC Today installed it and my air is amazing. I can finally breathe again.

AC Today worked me in as a same day appointment. I was very impressed with the service I received today so I had to write a review. I heard a funny noise so I called AC Today and Gary told me he would send a technician out within 2 hours. He was right. The technician showed up just under two hours. I am a very happy customer.

I tried to turn on the heat last night and it was horrible. It smelled like my house caught on fire. Then I remembered we missed our maintenance check about 4 months ago. So I called AC Today and they worked me in today. Thank goodness because the nights are cooler now and the heat makes the house much warmer.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new air conditioning system for our new home. After talking with various other AC companies, we decided to go with AC Today. We felt pressured with other salesman who wanted to just sell us their product. However, the technician who came out for an estimate was pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He educated us instead of selling a product. That is true customer service. I give them 5 stars.

I am writing this review as it was the first time I used this company. I needed a second opinion from a previous company, who wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for a repair. When the technician came out, my first impression was good. He shook my hand and greeted me with his name. The rest of the job went well. He was very informative on what his findings were. Needless to say, this previous AC company is fired. I will now be using AC Today due to their honesty. Thank you for saving me thousands of dollars I would have wasted listening to this other company.

It seemed like the air was not blowing cold as it normally should. When I called AC Today, I told him what was going on and he said it might be low on Freon. When the technician came out, sure enough, it was low. This must have been the quickest visit I had with this AC company. Thank you guys.

Now that the weather is cooler, I wanted to get a maintenance check for my heater. I called them and scheduled the appointment for about a week out. The next day I got a call saying there was a cancellation and if I would like my service done sooner. They came out the same day and tested the heater. Now I am all set for the cold weather thanks to AC Today.

This is the second time we used AC Today. This service was a maintenance inspection. A technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained what he was going to be doing for the maintenance inspection. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked a few questions I was concerned about. It was great service, again. It is not hard to leave a review for AC Today.

I had a few concerns with the noises that my AC unit was making. When I called, they said they would be out the same day. I was very impressed! Not only were they at my house within an hour after hanging up the phone, but they also fixed the "noises" coming from my unit. Great service. Thank You again.
