It's amazing that I found a company that works with the Mentally ILL in their homes. Very rare - if not nonexistant. This company provides nursing supervision by the owner who is a Nurse and a Qualified Mental Health Professional. She only hires individuals with Mental Health experience to work with the Mentally Challenged.
