I use to love going to this donut shop because they gave personal attention and was very friendly but today was my second bad experience with them. I don't believe I will be going back. The first time I left with cold sausage rolls and when I called them about it the guy said well can't you just throw it in the microwave. well let's see I'm driving to work so "no" and I don't know many people that have a microwave in their car.. Why would I stop to get something "quick" if I could make it at home? Then they were too busy helping everybody that came through the door instead of helping me complete my order. one lady started with me and then moved to the next customer when I wasn't done with my order, so I stood there for 5 mins waiting for the other lady to come back and keep in mind I was in a hurry, the whole reason why I stopped there to begin with. I spent about 15 mins there. If I had know it was going to take that long I would have made breakfast at home. Not very personale anymore
