Dr Whalen is a experienced provider with a soft touch, serviung the east county for more than 20 years. A former ER and Life Flight Helicopter nurse, he is board certified as a chiropractic neurologist and is a former President of the California Chiropractic Association. In addition to being named Student of the Year, New Doctor of the Year and Doctor of the Year by his State Association, he also recently was honored by being named a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors, an honor reserved for only the most outstanding doctors of chiropractic. Dr Whalen is an expert in workers compensation, lecturing frequently on the subject. He has experience in treating a wide variety of conditions, such as neck and low back pain, headache, vertigo, TMJ injuries, arm and leg pain and numbness, and many other common musculoskeletal problems. He uses state of the art equipment, including the new Class IV low level laser, which "supercharges" the body's ability to heal itself safely and quickly, and with no pain.

This is one of the best healing places I have been to. They gave me the same day appointment when I really needed it. The office is clean and people are extremely friendly and helpful.
