My Girlfriend and I have been going here for approx 3 months now. LOVE IT! Super supportive, great Instructors. Every time we go we learn something new and see progress. I'm pretty good at motivating myself but I could never motivate myself to the extant of what these guys have us doing. I'm not a big "group" person but I have to admit that the groups here are very easy to get along with, everyone encourages each other and egos are left at the door. They offer a free beginners class, well worth it, no excuse not to take them up on that.
