CONSUMER ALERT! YOU MUST READ THIS UNBELEIVABLE REVIEW.Both times I took my car to this business: THEY DAMAGED MY CAR.THEY DID NOT INFORM ME OF THE DAMAGE WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR. AND THEY DENIED DAMAGING MY CAR WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION.But first a FULL DISCLOSURE about this company American Factory Wheel (AFW).AFW blatantly solicits Yelp reviews in exchange for a monetary discount for their services. This is in DIRECT VIOLATION OF YELP POLICY which states (in part):DON'T ASK FOR REVIEWS* DON'T EVER OFFER FREEBIES, DISCOUNTS OR PAYMENT IN EXCHANGE FOR REVIEWS -- it will turn off savvy consumers, AND MAY ALSO BE ILLEGAL. This may result in a Yelp Consumer Alert Notification: Zero Tolerance For Review Manipulation for AFW. It may also be the reason for AFW's many 5 star reviews.Consumers need to know THIS BUSINESS WAS DISREPUTABLE, DISHONEST AND COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL to me on two separate occasions. I was treated with disdain and I had to fight back for justice. Both times AFW ultimately conceded to either pay for the damage or repair the car, albeit without acknowledging any wrongdoing (although this in and of itself is an admission of guilt). But this was only accomplished after my vigorous pursuit of restitution with an outrageously contentious and personally scornful business owner. ALWAYS LOOK YOUR CAR OVER BEFORE LEAVING THIS BUSINESS. I predict there will be a response to this review from the AFW owner just as he responded to the other negative AFW reviews. He will turn the tables on me making me out to be the villain. But ask yourself, who would take the time and trouble conjuring up a fabricated review such as this? No one.

The guys did good job getting my husband's car repaired in time, and rendered a quality service. Only one thing really disappointed me, we got both our expensive glasses missing, which I 100% remember were there when I left them the key. We took the car apart, we came back to talk to the guys, we called next morning to talk to the owner, who was absolutely defensive and rude, put me on hold for 5 times, and finally hung up.
