Bought a 2011 can am commander since purchased it was making a loud clunking sound. Took it in while still under warranty and one of their inept techs took the differential apart then the transmission, after 42 days they found out it was the belt which was the first thing I asked them to check and at first I was assured that was not the problem 42 days later they tell it's the belt and that I will have to pay for it. So far it has been the worst service I have encountered, Canam tells me to deal with the dealer and the dealer has their inept techs tearing apart parts that should not have even been touched in the first place. As of now I am very outraged at the way they handle the service claims, one thing they are good at is selling you a product just hope nothing happens to it and you have to get it serviced.

Horrible customer service and sales people. I was interested in a used bike and found out it couldn't be started because the battery was dead. The sales Guy just shrugged his shoulders. Was as if they don't really want to sell anything. They are also way over priced.
