Within the first two weeks after moving here my husband was extremely ill. This was the closest place we could find and I'm glad we did. The staff was wonderful and caring. They follow up with you the next day. I love it that we never have to have an appointment and that I have never waited more than 30-40 minutes at the most. Most of the time you are seen within 10-15 mins. Dr. Larsen is caring and wonderful and so is Dr. Rivera. I would not hesitate once to recommend them.

Great place to go for treatment, Dr Rivera and the staff are wonderful. They followed up with me the next few days to see how I was and I was pleased with the service. My only concern was with confidentiality or HIPPA. The receptionist asked me my social security number in front of everyone in the lobby and I heard her verify my insurance coverage from the lobby, my suggestion is maybe they should enclose the reception area for more privacy.

Absolutely the most caring facility in the GEPA and Dona Ana, NM county. Their level of expertise is way and above any other facility around. Their empathy and compassion are unmatched. The office staff is extremely courteous and treat patients like people and family, not just a number. Richard Larsen is genuinely concerned for his patients' aches and ills. Our family never goes anywhere else but if they feel a Specialist is in need, they are THE most expedient to make sure you are seen by one by the end of that day or no later than 24 hrs...time is of the essence. They have our family as Patients for life!

A very refreshing change to the "stuff in as many patients as you can in a day" attitude of the doctors I have visited recently. Waits have been short, attention to detail is great, and the staff is well trained in dealing with the public. The medical was excellent, very professional.
