I have no experience with this company as a care provider. I am not a client of theirs in any way... but that hasn't stop them from charging me $507.67 When I went in to find out why, a worker named "Ashley" brought out a contract FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!! The contract had all HER info... credit card, address, name, signature authorizing payments, but nothing from me. Except my name, credit card number and expiration date randomly written in the top left corner. (like note in the margin of a book). She told me that because my info was listed on a contract she was able to charge my account....WHAT? She told me I could call the cops, but that she could't/wouldn't help me - or reverse that charges. I ended up at my bank filing claims against them for unauthorized payments. Personally I don't blame whoever stole my info, I blame their completely incompetent accounting practices. AND their unwillingness to give me my money back. They could easily refund me and charge their client, but they won't.
