I cannot say enough good in regards to the employees. They are warm, friendly, courteous, and helpful. It is my neighborhood Starbucks and I go in there more than any other coffee house or cafe. However, since the store opened in 2006, I have seen a decline in retail products and services:1. On numerous occasions I have visited 2 hours before closing and was told that the oven had been shut down, which meant I couldn't get my cold french roll sandwich heated.2. The hours decreased since the store first opened, closing at & 7PM Sun-Th and 8 PM Fri- Sat.--very inconvenient after an all day outing when I'd appreciate coffee and a snack.3. Two years ago I bought my current coffee maker at the store, as well as numerous gifts/retail items. Such things are currently non-existent, and have been for the past year & a half or more.4. The manager needs to stay open longer, stock gift/retail items, and provide a better selection of food items, especially AFTER lunchtime!
