I had the worst experience at this particular safeway. They are obviously hiring kids who have no work experience and no manners. My husband and I went to the deli department for just a couple of things. This young dark haired girl I believe her name was catie? Had rushed us, being rude not paying attention when i was talking to her and seemed Aggravated at me! I am soo disappointed.

I disagree with the first review. The pharmacy staff is amazing. They work hard there and get things done. Retail is not easy especially when dealing with insurance companies, big staff cut-backs and corporate pressure. I think we sometimes forget that the people behind the counter are human too although they are often treated like less than. The staff at this store has shown me and my family nothing but compassion. If you treat them with the respect they deserve you will get it back.

There is generally good customer service at the checkout counter. It is difficult to find someone in the aisles to help locate an item. The customer service and staff in the pharmacy is very poor. I will no longer be shopping at this store until issues with the pharmacy staff are resolved.
