He is the only such consultant in the nation that has been accepted collectively into the consultant panels of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American College of Physicians. He has also on faculty for training programs for the American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and others. Keith consults on a daily basis to physicians on productivity, profitability, cost-control, marketing, and practice management. He has assisted in almost 1,000 practice start-ups and been involved with the formation of over 50 medical groups. He performs practice valuations up-to and including full IRS-Qualified and court expert witness reports for litigation and divorce. He is frequently quoted and published in many of the medical-business journals including Medical Economics, Physicians Practice, Physician Management, ACP Observer, AMA News, MGMA Update, and Family Practice Management magazines.
