Our roots run deep in the industry we serve. We were professionals, running skilled nursing and assisted living facilities just like yours. Insurance became our number one challenge ' motivating us to take action toward improving LTC insurance program processes. In 2001, we founded Magnolia LTC Management Services, Inc Magnolia was originally created to manage the Continuing Care Risk Retention Group. Since then, we've expanded to share our expertise and services with providers in the insurance/senior care sector throughout the United States.
