Let me start by saying that I have worked in food service and I completely understand how a busy rush can throw off the production and send the whole night into a tailspin. This review isn't negative because of the crazy amount of time that it finally took for our pizza to arrive, but because of the inaccurate information that the employees tried to sell me as to the reason why. When I ordered I was told to expect delivery in an hour. But after an hour and twenty minutes I called to inquire about my order. The employee informed me the 'store has been busy all night and they should have never told you an hour. It has been 1.5 hours all night, your food is on its way and should be there shortly.' Ok. I get that. People make mistakes and I can live with that. However; after another 30 minutes I calle back. I was told almost the exact same thing, except that the orders have all been running 2 hours all night and our food will be there soon... Did I mention that we are exactly 2 miles from the store... I spoke with the manager about getting fresh pizzas made for pick-up because of the amount of time ours have been in the back of the delivery car... And nothing. He offered no discount and only appologized for other employees giving false information, not for our food not being fresh or on time.



When the driver finally arrived, I visually inspected the pizzas and; although they were still warm, THEY WERE NOT FRESH! I sent them back and went to Burger King to feed my kids before bed. Really disappointed with the fact that they tried to explain why pizzas were late instead of just owning there mistakes and making it right. Don't waste your time with them...

Fantastic pizza!

Being that this is a chain, let me start by saying we ate at the one in Santa Rosa Beach Fl... But, would never try another one! When we walked in we were not greeted, and barely acknowledged when I placed our order. The house salad was DIRTY iceberg lettuce 2 thin slices of cucumber and 2 slices of tomato. The lettuces was covered in literally a large clump of mud!! When we brought it up to ask for another, even the guy said whoa! (no apology, or refund offer) the pizza was "thrown" together and burned around the edges. The overall smell added to our distaste for the resturant! Needless to say, we should have fried up that $30 and eaten that and it would have been better!

I love this franchise every time i go to the beach i make a point to find one. they always have great food and a great arcade. gotta say i love Fat Daddy's Pizza!
