- Primary CarePPO Plans: We participate in many PPO plans. Please inquire with our business office if you do not see our physician's name listed as a provider with your insurance company. Patients are responsible to insure that their primary care physician has submitted the appropriate referral.
- Emergency CareIf you feel you need emergency care, go directly to the nearest Emergency Room. Tell them your cardiologist's name. You will be evaluated by the Emergency Room physician who will contact our cardiologist on call.
- ElectrocardiogramThe initial office consultation may include a complete history and physical examination with an electrocardiogram. Please bring with you to the office all of the medications (bottles) that you are currently taking, as well as any medical records or reports that pertain to your condition.
- Internal MedicineDr. Naiem is committed to providing all of his patients with high quality care that comes from his extensive training and experience in treatment of a vast range of cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Naiem earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv. Subsequently, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA, where he was awarded resident of the year. Dr. Naiem completed his cardiology training in both invasive and non-invasive cardiology at West L.A. Kaiser Permanente in 2003 and joined Cardiology Consultants of Santa Monica. Subsequently, Dr. Naiem completed his training in nuclear cardiology as well as assessment and treatment of varicose veins using catheter based endovenous ablation and sclerotherapy.

- LesionsDr. Brara graduated from Loyola University-Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at UCLA-WLA VA, where he was awarded resident of the year, and subsequently completed his Cardiology fellowship there. Dr. Brara spent two years of additional expertise training in complex angioplasty at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. During his training at Scripps Clinic, he developed a strong interest in the application of cutting edge coronary device technology in the treatment of complex coronary lesions, as well as published and presented research at the American College of Cardiology.
