My family was recently in Los Angeles and happened to use your service. While on the way to our destination, we all noticed that your driver went out of his way to avoid using the shortest route to our destination. The driver's GPS and our GPS matched on the route that should have been used but the driver made none of the turns indicated by the GPS. The fee for the trip was $70.00. We used a different taxi company to make the return trip and we were charged only $50.00. The second driver did not use a GPS and took us directly to our destination. I am aware that there are some dishonest taxi operators in the business and we were unfortunate to have encountered one of yours. Needless to say, we used some taxi services while in Los Angeles but we did not use yours again. On future trips to LA, we will avoid using Taxi Taxi.
