I took my car to Santa Monica Subaru to be serviced and was very satisfied. Glenn Kamoshida was very kind and helped me out. I was in and out of there in about one hour and they replaced a brake bulb i didn't even know was out free of charge. Very happy now I wont be getting any tickets, thanks Glenn.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Subaru Santa Monica. I went in pretty nervous-- was expecting to the sales men to be supper aggressive and give me outrageous prices, but the product specialist, Carlos Anuncibay, was extremely friendly and definitely had my best interest in mind. There was a slight miscommunication on the dark grey Subaru Forester I was looking at and its availability, but I think it was handled well by Carlos and the manager. They offered me a better car (had the weather package in it, but it was a light grey) for the same price of the Forester I was initially looking at. When I said i was still wanting the dark grey Forester without the weather package, they said no problem and made it happen! Carlos also helped me figure out my insurance before leaving. Wasn't supper aggressive and I enjoyed talking to him-- would definitely recommend others to seek his assistance!

I was looking for new Subaru Outback. I visited few dealerships and sent emails to closest to my home. Matthew Turney responded from Subaru Santa Monica. He offered me lowest price for a car that I wanted. It was easy to communicate and after we came to a dealership, car was already waiting for me. Dealership has a waiting area with TV and coffee, not big but pleasant and all team members were friendly and nice. Matthew explained everything about the car functions, showed how to use it properly and answered all my questions professionally. It is my third Subaru buying experience and Matthew did it very well. It was a pleasure to buy a car from him, all documentation, car presentation and customer service (following call to make sure everything is working o.k) was great. Thank you.

The customer service at Subaru Santa Monica was outstanding. Our salesman, William Kaufman, was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and patient (we made three visits to the dealership before finally making the purchase). He never rushed us through the process and was incredibly generous with his time, knowledge, and recommendations. We had narrowed our options down to two cars (one was not a Subaru). Mr. Kaufman's service, attention, and assistance played a big role in the final decision we made.

Matthew Turney made the process for buying a Crosstrek so easy. My sister recommended him after having such a positive experience buying an Impreza, so I emailed him. He immediately gave me a fantastic rate over email (so much so that I thought I could've bargained lower?), and on the day I was set to lease the car I wanted, they didn't have any colors that I wanted. He offered up the step up in model and said it could be leased for similar rates. This actually worked to my favor because I had been planning to get the Crosstrek Premium with a moonroof, and I couldn't care less about a moonroof, but the Crosstrek Limited had more features I wanted without a moonroof. We agreed to a rate so quickly and easily, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Edgar Medina was helpful from the first day we walked in Subaru, Santa Monica!! There was a particular Subaru model and color we were interested in and Edgar went out of his way to find the car and get it to us in no time! He communicated with us frequently and answered all of our questions. He was honest and sincere and made the process of leasing a car easy and painless. He showed us the cars features and made sure we knew how to use our new car. I am truly happy with my new Subaru Crosstrek-Edgar made it happen:)
