Great selection, terrific quality, reasonable prices BUT they lost me when my purse was stolen with all my discount cards in the wallet. Of all the ones I lost ONLY Sally's cashier told me there was no way to track my membership by name, telephone, social security - only by the number on the card. When I said I didn't know it she said the RECEIPT for the discount card would have it. Who keeps the receipt for a discount card? I hope this was only the cashier's money grubbing but I have no way of knowing if the entire Sally's Beauty chain authorizes this kind of behavior. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I went from feeling like I was onto the greatest beauty bargains in town to feeling ripped off.

I can always find exactly what I need at Sally's. Although some of the products are not the best quality for your money. I recently purchased a three pair set of earrings for $3.99, from the Style Solution collection. The clasp in the back is flimsy and off center. Sally's is also a little expensive.
