I visited this clinic to have laser hair removal by Dr. Reiter. Shortly after arriving I filled out some form and was taken to some back room with the doctor and his office manager Marjolyn. Well, from this point on it was a complete joke, and was like the doctor had no clue what he was doing. I mean, I don't even think he's read the manual for the laser hair removal machine. If he had he wouldn't have burned my arm... right now I have full blisters on my arm and was told by another clinic that I will have permanent scaring. I'm just so upset, I can't believe this guy who calls himself a doctor has a license to practice. I should have known this the second he started and didn't bother to use any system to gauge where he's lasered. This doctor is completely incompetent and I'd run from his clinic...!

I had Botox done here because I live in Venice, and the Botox website listed him as the only official provider they refer to (on the Allergan Botox Cosmetic Doc Finder) in my zip 20910. I was scared at first because he works in BLUE JEANS! I've never been to a Medical Doctor that wears blue jeans! (I almost walked out.)Anyway, he explained everything, was so nice to me and I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE INJECTIONS. I've had prior Botox which was good, but I got tired of driving to the Valley and wanted a Med Spa by my house. I asked him why all the other doctors couldn't give painless injections and he was very humble and thanked me, but said it varies with patients, but using a very tiny needle (which he special orders), and changing to a new one frequently, and a small pinch hold on the injection site is done by most Botox providers. I was so impressed that I wanted to have an IPL done by him, but he explained it shouldn't be done at same time. Great job, no bruises. My Local Med Spa!
