In addition to its headquarters in Vienna, NOUS established the subsidiary of NOUS guide Inc. in San Francisco in 2009, and an additional office in Denver strengthening NOUS presence in the US market. Additionally in 2009, NOUS Scandinavia, a distribution center, was established in Denmark. The NOUSGuide and its content management system NOUSConductor empower museums to individually and autonomously manage their mobile content. Continuously under development, the NOUS Guide is breaking ground in the communication of art. With customized concepts and technological innovations such as RFID technology and augmented reality, NOUS creates an advanced museum experience for the visitor. Whats more, NOUS develops apps for the museum sector, establishing competency in the area of mobile communication, while partnering with museums, publishing houses, and media businesses in implementing their mobile strategies. NOUS develops iOS apps for iPhone and iPad, as well as for Android, Windows Phone, Nokia, Blackberry, and Samsung TV. NOUS Mobile Media creates mobile interfaces for the streaming portals of large media and broadcasting companies. In its business section, NOUS develops service apps and workflow management tools for tablets and smartphones. In 2011, NOUS Companion, an enterprise solution for mobile field service was launched in the US market. Since then, a numerous Nous Companions have been implemented in US companies. NOUS Knowledge Management currently employs thirty-five staff and collaborates with an extensive network of partners.
