Provided by YP.comThe employees there were jerks. They asked me how they could help me and I specified a brand name that I was looking for. They said "Oh no we don't carry that brand." I had bought a previous pair at a lenscrafters and have never been to one where they do not sell Donna Karan frames. I let them know that they do indeed carry the designer to which they finally agreed... but after leaving me on hold for about ten minutes, they then informed me that they were all too busy with customers to look up any further information for me, and to call back another time. They could have at least jotted down the # and called me back, or maybe not have gotten irritated when I politely corrected them on their lack of knowledge in their product. They were rude an unaccomodating. I spoke maybe 5 words edgewise. I didn't even get the chance to act like a disgruntled customer. The only thing I regret is being nice to whoever I spoke with on the phone.
