- Kitchen RemodelingTasked with designing a new home in a coastal community, we respected the neighborhood aesthetic by building and designing a one-story home, so as to not overpower other homes in the area. It boasts an open, flowing floor plan and excellent use of the over-sized corner lot, which enabled the owners to have a true indoor-outdoor living experience. The final floor plan encompassed 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in approximately 1,800 square feet, with attention focused on comfortable living. Light woods and wall finishes brought the coastal vibe indoors, while the natural stone in the bathrooms and kitchen softened the spaces with an organic feel. The cabinetry throughout was made of rich walnut, adding warmth and elegance. The exterior stucco was complemented with natural Redwood, native grasses, and succulents.
- Bathroom RemodelingJannone Development redeveloped 9th St to include a total of 4 units with a total rentable square footage of nearly 3,200 sq ft. This larger sq footage offers optimal unit configurations that maximize rents including an updated and expanded SFR at the front of the property, and a new two-story ADU in the courtyard. The units have all been upgraded with air-conditioning, durable luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile, quartz countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances.

- New ConstructionMarc’s vision was to transform the small, cramped space into a contemporary showcase with a wide open first floor and a practical second floor. Understanding the use of scale and dimension in new construction, the spaces were given over-sized features such as a large kitchen, 10 foot+ ceilings in the living room/dining room, and large movable glass walls leading to the exterior. The wood and steel staircase was designed with the idea of minimal material use and maximum functionality. White washed oak flooring brings a sense of calmness to the interior, and the clean lines of the kitchen and bathrooms lend a modern feel to everyday spaces. The flying roof concept features two unique slopes and pays respect to the idea of intentional differentiation. The front and rear outdoor spaces are designed to maximize usability and respect the aesthetic.
