General Info
The objective of creative tennis concepts varies from student to student. Whether an adult or couple is looking to learn tennis fundamentals to play socially. The parent of a Junior tournament player (14 & UP) wants to help their SON or daughter "take it to the next level. " or a competitive adult player looking to further hone HIS or HER skills and strategic thinking. CTC will work with the individual Student's natural strengths and passions. CTC believes that the best thing a tennis instructor CAN DO is assist the student in developing their OWN personal STYLE—UNIQUE flair. Flow and FLOURISH—WHILE employing sound tennis fundamentals. The idea is to help the student create a game that HE or SHE wants to play AT the highest level possible, a game that CAN BE expanded and "perfected" over time. While tennis is a game to 'WIN. ' CTC believes that the student will WIN more (and USE losses more constructively) if the student actually enjoys playing the kind of tennis game that HE or SHE is BUILDING. ALL classes are taught by former ranked Junior and long time tennis STUDENT/ENTHUSIAST mark woods. HIS purpose is to help students (and parents) learn the sport of tennis and realize their GOALS—HOWEVER modest or HIGH—AT an affordable rate. Most classes are conducted AT reed park in santa monica (7TH & Wilshire). But mark will Also travel to other courts and private residences in the WESTSIDE AREA. INDIVIDUAL and couples (2-STUDENT) classes are $65 PER hour. ALL classes are tailored to the goals of each individual student. Adult & juniors (14 & UP) — ALL levels welcome.
