The center in Santa Maria has really gone down hill and I don't think it will ever be the same. There use to be good management skills but I guess anyone can move up to a management position in UPS even with no common sense, people skills let alone management skills don't forget driver experience, which would help to know how to even out the work load per driver. I wish someone who really matters in the company above the center manger could see all the horrible work management has set up for there drivers everyday. I don't even want to give a rate there not even on a level to rate a lot of good and better changes need to happen LIKE NOW!!!!!!!!

When did your delivery people stop making any effort to advise the customer of package delivery??? MYy two most resent deliveries were drop off and run, no bell, no knock. Doesn't do much for the reputation of the service. One of the packages was left in the middle of the walkway to the porch. No happy about this. Just thought you might like to know what your people are doing, or not doing. Thanks
