first of all, I am a lady and went to this business without a male. I took my 99 Chevy prism for an oil change and was told by a man across the counter that I need to have the chassis lubricated, because I was over 100,000. They would do that for $33.28. This would include the oil change, lubrication for the chassis, filter change, tire pressure check all the fluids, check wiper blades break inspection, and perform a 21 point safety inspection. So I got my inspection results back, and I found out that my vehicle never needed the chassis lubricated and they told me on my inspection paper that my air conditioner work just fine. My air conditioner had not been working for two years. Not an honest business. Be careful ladies this business rips you off.

I compared some prices, and Meineke was very helpful, in a good price range, and did good Muffler service. They were patient about the constant different questions and did a good job.
