I had decided to try this place based on location ... oh my I was very disappointed! My nails were filled in way too thick and looked very raised and fake. They didn't even last a week before they started chipping and the polish didn't stay on. I didn't like their business etiquette either... they kept wanted to try to have me add stuff on like new nail tips when I only had the ones I had on for about 2 months (so they didn't need to come off) ..they cut my nails (in which I had to pay) and cut them too short...

A extremely good experience, very clean and wonderful pedicure...everyone was very nice, smiled a lot. very pleasant...I will go again and bring my family and tell others what a great experience......nothing rude here..

I was visiting from out of town and a good friend highly recommended this place to me. The staff (mainly 2 of the men) were extremely rude. The one doing my nails seemed irritated at what I asked him to do which was 2 colors on my nails and drawing a snowflake. Hardly complicated if you ask me. I had to ask him to fix a tiny dent in my nails that I knew he himself saw but hoped I wouldn't notice. As soon as I nice asked if he could fix it, he immediately started talking to the man next to him rolling his eyes the entire time. I'm sorry but if I'm paying good money to have a service done, you better be darn sure you don't half a** it and give me attitude. You are performing a service for ME, the customer, and you should make sure they are happy with the end result. Lose the rude attitudes, especially right in front of customers. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
