I've only dealt with these guys to get a warranty replacement of canopy top - it was a painfully long process requiring many emails and several calls over the course of months. Now out of warranty, I called them to get another top via purchase. Yes, they have them, and I was considering ordering until told that they DON'T TAKE PAYMENT OTHER THAN money-order, cashier's check, or presumably cash if you showed up at their desk to hand them the money. Total deal-breaker for me - not only is it head-smackingly slow to have to pay this way, but I will have no recourse if they ship nothing, or ship something defective or substandard. I suspect their management had too many people disputing credit-card charges because of precisely this problem.

Do not deal with this company!!! After waiting over six months for the canopy covers we ordered to arrive, they shipped the wrong size merchandise. They then told us we would have to pay the cost to ship it back (which was $80 on a $80 purchase). We asked to be reimbursed for shipping, but they denied telling us to ship their product back, and they will not reimburse us. Every interaction with them was horrific. They could not give us a straight answer why our order took so long to arrive, they were always asking for part numbers that they never provided. This company does not deserve any stars for rating, but unfortunately we have to give them one for this to post.
