Best thing I've done for my physical and mental health in a long time. Absolutely a great bunch of us - all ages, shapes and sizes - pulled together by an inspiring, positive and fun-loving trainer, Kyle!

The owner really knows what he is doing. Has also built a great community.

I ended up checking this place out after doing most of the routines off the main site. At first I was hesitant to try something this new and actually do Crossfit WODs with other people, but the coach and the other people at the gym really made me feel at home. When I started I was unable to even run a mile without problems, but now I am able to run a 5k without any difficulty. Also, I have increased the amount of weight that I could lift in such a short period of time. This reflects greatly on the trainer since he has pushed me to accomplish things that I never thought was possible with my body type. Since my time at Crossfit Energy, I am now able to clean my body weight, do about 40 pull ups non stop, and many other things that I only possible in my imagination!

Since leaving Crossfit Akron and coming to Kyle at Crossfit Energy, I have seen a marked improvment in my endurance, ability, and form. And, Kyle helped me workout all nine months of my pregnancy and take off the baby weight fast! Not only is Kyle an exellent trainer, but he is very skilled at catering workouts to each and every individual to help them meet their personal goals. He creates a very tight knit, supportive community while pushing us to achieve more than we knew we could. Test out all the local Crossfits and I am positive you'll choose Crossfit Energy over every other one!
