Very safe and clean. Great office staff and maintenance. Great rental rates. The layouts and high ceilings make the apartment seem very big. Gated with some covered parking. Quiet and situated just far enough to be away from Cerrillos Road and its traffic but incredibly close to every sort of grocer, discount store, restaurant chain, fast food place and thrift store you can think of. Movie theater, cafe's, hair styling, nail and massage spas. A very good hospital about 5 miles away with every type of doctor with a practice there or next to it. Close to 25. Police and fire departments nearby.

We love this apartment complex management is so nice no problems with other tenants very good location cant beat the price for Santa Fe everything is still new looking and comfortable. We are now moving and only because we have family coming to stay with us and need a 3 bdrm if they had a 3 bdrm avail. we would not even move. The only thing I recommend do not park in handicap parking with out a sticker they will stick a Bright sticker warning you they will tow you, duh its also against the law and holds up too 500 dollar fine so kinda common sense. Eddie is the manager and Courtney his Extremly helpful sidekick are great.
