A group of friends were staying in Santa Fe for the balloon fiesta. A friend of a friend recommended Tortilla Flats. I had the locals favorite, Baby Back ribs, in a red chili BBQ sauce. They were served with a steak knife, which you do not need! The meat was falling off the bones. You can set aside all dining etiquette and just pickup the bones to suck the flavor out of them. They are that good! The service was outstanding! When we return to Santa Fe, Tortillia Flats will be on our list of places to eat at.
