Professional Home Health Care provided Nursing and Physical Therapy to my mother and I've never been more satisfied with a service. They were kind, professional and totally reliable. I would recomend this agency to anyone in need of in home care. We've worked with many agencies in Santa and they are the only ones we would recomend.

Called to find out if they provided a certain service which requires an LPN or RN. The person that answered said everyone does that. I explained that I had called and spoke with several home care agencies and they do not all provide that. She came across as very upset at that response. Next I asked her that since her company does provide the service, what would be the price or charge for that service. She stated in a huffy way that they don't give out prices and then HUNG UP on me. I already had called several companies and none of them had any problem with giving me prices. Speaking with this woman was a horrible experience and a terrible reflection on the company. I am in the position of making referrals to home health agencies for clients in my care. I will NEVER make a referral to this company, EVER.
