I usually have good experience at Panera Bread. Love the cookies given for free with your order...and now you get a roll instead of the hard bread and they are fabulous...having them at Thanksgiving!

Cashier was disregarded our request for flat bread, finally saying it would take 10 minutes before it was ready if we wanted it. We wanted it. 2nd time flat bread was not available or readily available. Cranberry was extremely skimpy on turkey sandwich. A reminder was necessary after we realized we didn't get the hot chocolate we ordered. Waitress took our $45.00 charge receipt and lhrew it away. Bacon is served with most salads and sandwiches unbeknown in advance to the patron. We don't eat pork! Our third visit with our invited guests was a let down.

I drove thru and pick up lunch. Portions are not comparable to price. I paid $10.00 for pick any two. I recieved child size mac n cheese and smallest salad I have ever seen. Drive thru needs more equal portions to dine in.

Usually the sandwiches are good. But now workers are leaving out the most important item in their Italian combo sandwich and that is the Yellow peppers!! I couldn't believe they left out the peppers!! This is the second time they have done this. RATS!!

With freshly-made cookies, breads and cakes, this is much better food - and a more pleasant atmosphere than any comparable "family" or fast food restaurants.
