Dr. Baten is very thorough, professional and a good listener. He quickly eliminated some of the scarier explanations that were running through my mind, and it didn't take long before we had zeroed in on the real cause and then the appropriate course of action for me. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was as good as one could hope.
