General Info

I enjoy people! Helping people who are struggling with life issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and grief is meaningful to me. After more than 30 years as a psychotherapist, I have learned to let the client(s) lead me. I believe that at the deepest level people 'know' what they need in order to achieve the healing and fullness of life they desire and deserve. My job is to help create a safe, supportive, encouraging environment in which the wholeness and change clients seek can occur. My specialty is working with couples and individuals who want more satisfying lives and relationships. My approach is straight forward, honest, and effective. I have learned over time how to help clients move toward their goals and resolve the difficulties they face without wasting a lot of time.
