I gave Stranded 2 stars because I have 2 words of suggestion... BE ASSERTIVE!!! In Jan. 2008 I read so many rave reviews about Stranded I hoped it would be great. I had an appt with Michael, who's v. professional. We talked, he looked at the pictures I brought, we decided it would take 2 appts to get the look I was after. 1st appt went very well. Several weeks later-- not so much. I was informed that Michael was unavailable (they forgot to mention that when they called to remind me) but Gabby had come in to help. I try to describe Michael's plan & the look I'm going for despite a sinking feeling. I should have listened to my instincts.3 + hours, 2+ inches & $200 later. I tumble out of Stranded with a "What just happened" feeling. I feel & look about 5 yrs older! I tried to call & re-schedule with Michael. "Oh, but if you're unhappy you should really go to Gabby". Why on earth would I go back for more miscommunication? If you're brave & go ask for Michael & don't settle. GOOD LUCK!
